Assembled video footage of Xulhaz Mannan’s rainbow rally preparation.
Note: This archival footage has been assembled from separate video clips. For reasons of safety and privacy, we selected portions where participants’ faces (other than Xulhaz Mannan) are not visible. Apart from cutting and joining the clips together, no other edits or alterations have been made.
This is an audio fragment from an unpublished interview Xulhaz Mannan was conducting in 2014; recorded during the preparation of the third issue of Roopbaan, which was never published. In this excerpt, Xulhaz asks the interviewee about queer love and social acceptance in Bangladesh.
